The Company

UNIK is a locally owned atelier that opened its doors in 2019. We are located in Vancouver’s “Gallery Mile,” which stretches from Granville Island to West 16th Avenue. The name UNIK, derived from the French word "unique," reflects our commitment to creating products that are one-of-a-kind. UNIK specializes in greeting cards, thank-you cards, and collectible cards. Our local printing solutions prioritize environmental sustainability without compromising quality. Through sustainable business practices, we minimize our carbon footprint while delivering responsibly printed greeting cards. At UNIK, we are dedicated to supporting eco-responsibility by offering environmentally responsible products made with materials from local and like-minded suppliers.

Creative Direction

 

Since January 2024, Frederic has been part of our creative department, with the mission to design our collections of cards.

Frederic has participated in numerous in-store events across British Columbia, specializing in luxury, high-end customization for brands such as Yves Saint-Laurent and Givenchy, among others.

He currently works with Christian Dior, developing their in-store personalization services across British Columbia.

Frederic will create new designs annually to expand our portfolio while also providing exclusive custom designs for clients with specific needs.

With his background in the luxury industry, Frederic brings his savoir-faire and expertise to deliver high-quality designs and sustainable solutions.
